- A casino in Atlantic City, NJ with a large poker room.
Things Done Changed
In the 90s, the Taj Mahal was the center for poker culture in Atlantic City and host casino for the US Poker Classic (USPC), a prestigious and formerly well-publicized $10K tournament. In the new millennium, poker players have moved to the more modern poker room at the Borgata, and the USPC is no longer covered by ESPN or promoted effectively by the casino.
