Spring Cash Dash

- A promotion for ring game players at Titan Poker during April 2009 that awarded points for a particular range of rake paid at cash game tables that totaled the points on a leader board and awarded cash prizes to the top members.
Explained
Each two-week segment in April had its own total prize pool ranging from $200,000 and $240,000 as well as an overall April race for an additional $60,000. In addition to this, members of certain VIP levels had their own point leader board race for total prizes ranging from $15,000 (Diamond and Titanium VIPs) to $2,500 (Gold and Silver VIPs). Points were awarded for each range of rake paid in a hand starting with 1 point for $0.25-$0.50 in rake paid all the way to 10 points awarded for $3.01-$5 in rake paid. A multiplier was added into the point awarding calculations based on the number of players who were dealt cards in the hand ranging from .5x for 2 players all the way to 0.1x for a 10 handed game.
