- An acronym for "went to showdown" and displayed as a percentage, which is a popular stat commonly used in HUDs to determine how willing a player is to stick with their hand through all streets.
Explained
Often times a player will use PokerTracker or Hold'em Manager to import hands to analyze their own play plus those of opponents. One stat that is of prime importance, and also used in a HUD, is 'WTSD%" which stands for "Went to Showdown" and is given as a percentage. The higher this number is, the more likely the player is not willing to fold through betting at the river.
