- A large stack in a poker tournament.
Context
When you see your friend walking around the tournament room schmoozing with people or sweating action at random tables, it usually means one of two things:
- He has busted out of the tournament.
- His stack is so healthy that he can afford to abandon it temporarily in order to socialize, hence walking chips.
