What it Is
The 8-game format became popular after the WSOP introduced a $10K-buyin 8-game format event in 2008. Now the game is spread regularly on PokerStars at a variety of limits.
The game rotates among 8 different forms of poker (each individual game played for a set number of hands): HORSE, 2-7 TD, as well as NLHE and PLO.
