The site has stated that The Gladiator promotion will run from March 3rd, 2010 through April 1st, 2010.

Details

In order to qualify for The Gladiator, players will have to hit a minimum target of 10 PartyPoints for five days. Players that achieve that mark will receive entry into a $10,000 freeroll. The more days you earn points on, the bigger your prize will be with up to $7,500 in cash available.

For example, if you earn 1,500 PartyPoints for 25 days, you will receive $5,000. If you make 2,000 points per day for all 30 days, you receive a $12,500 WSOP Package.

Eligibility

Players do not have to earn consecutive days to be qualified, just the total number of days will be counted. Players must "Opt In" through the official "The Gladiator" page on the PartyPoker website. The $12,500 WSOP Package includes a WSOP 2010 Main Event buy-in worth $10,000, hotel and hospitality, as well as $1,000 in spending money.
