  1. When two players reveal their hand and both show sets with one being of lesser value than the other.

Example

There are two players at the flop. The flop is K T 5 and the first player goes all in, and the second player calls.

Player 1's Hand: TT
Player 2's Hand: 55

In this example, we see that Player 2 has suffered the cooler of having a "Set Under Set" situation.
