- A nickname for the King of Hearts which is often depicted with a knife going through his head.
Explained
The Suicide King of Hearts is usually pictured holding a knife through his head. In older cards this was an axe, but now cards only show a blade. Often times in home poker games a dealer will say that One Eyed Jacks and Suicide Kings are wild.
