Badugi

  1. Badugi is a form of draw poker in which players are dealt four cards and must make the best low hand consisting of unsuited and unpaired cards (A,2,3,4 of all different suits is the nuts). There are three draws in Badugi. In the event that there is no qualifying four-card hand, the best three-card hand wins the pot. Badugi is popular in mixed games on the West Coast.
