The best strategy against a calling station is to make them pay dearly for trying to hit straights and flushes, bet your strong hands hard as they will likely pay you off, and rarely bluff. Because a calling station does not like to fold, he will only fold to a bluff if he has absolutely nothing. If he has anything, even bottom pair or an inside straight draw, he will call your bluff (although he won't actually be thinking about what you have).
