Since the WSOP
Following his WSOP triumph, Peter Eastgate went on to have a great deal of success over the next year. He cashed in PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Main Event and then won the $5,000 side event for $343,000. In addition to that, Eastgate came second in the '09 EPT London event, taking home 530,000 pounds. As of 2009, his live earnings are in excess of $10 million.
