PokerStars SuperNova Elite player "Boku87" took up a challenge in July of 2009 to turn $5 into $100,000 in just 12 months. The challenge takes place exclusively at PokerStars and started out with $0.10 Sit & Go's and would move up as bankroll management guidelines will allow.
Updates
About once a month, Boku87 gives an update on the PokerStars page dedicated to the challenge. In September he went through a nasty downswing and stated that he has a bankroll of about $22,000.
